Security Talks with Phil Mellinger, Tower Federal Credit Union

We're excited to announce the launch of our new video series, Security Talks. These short videos will feature our customers, partners, and friends from a variety of industries. We'll be talking to CISO's, CTO's, DevSecOps experts and security nerds about the challenges they're seeing and how automation can help. 

Our first Security Talks is with Phil Mellinger, VP and Director of Cybersecurity at Tower Federal Credit Union, the largest federal credit union in Maryland. Phil is a retired Federal agent, U.S. Air Force officer and cyberattack investigator. Over the course of his career he has served in management and C-suite roles with the National Security Agency, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization , Federal R&D think tanks, and global corporations. He sits on the Advisory Council of the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland and has served 13 years on the board of cybersecurity firm Trusted Knight Corporation. 

Our CEO Lisa Umberger chatted with Phil about industry needs, the evolution of security at credit unions, and how automation can drive security at financial institutions of all sizes.
